1. General provisions
1.1. Definitions used in the Rules: Buyer - a natural or legal person who purchases goods or services in an electronic Store, who may enter into purchase and sale transactions in accordance with the applicable legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. The seller is UAB Kona LT. krona.lt - electronic store of UAB Krona LT design and press agency. These Purchase and Sale Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) are a legally binding document that establishes the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) when purchasing goods in the e-shop. - “krona.lt”), the Buyer agrees to the application of these Rules. 1.2 All goods ordered in the krona.lt e-shop are manufactured according to the Buyer's special instructions.
2. The moment of concluding the purchase and sale agreement
2.1 The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer in the e-shop, after forming a shopping cart, indicating his name and delivery address (if the delivery function is selected), the exact postal code (if the delivery function is selected), choosing the payment method and after reading these Rules, and by checking the box next to the statement "I unconditionally agree with the rules of sale", click the "Order" button. The contract is valid until the full fulfillment of obligations under this contract. In cases where the Buyer does not agree with all or part of the Rules, he must not place an order. 2.2 The order is executed only after the Seller sees the Buyer's payment in his bank account. 2.3 Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the Seller's database.
3. Buyer's rights and obligations
3.1 The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the krona.lt e-shop in accordance with these Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. 3.2 When filling in the registration form, the buyer must correctly indicate the data required in the form. 3.4 The buyer, using krona.lt, agrees with these purchase and sale rules and must comply with them. 3.5 If the data provided in the Buyer's registration form changes, the Buyer must update them immediately. 3.6 When using the krona.lt e-shop, the Buyer undertakes to comply with these Rules, other conditions clearly indicated in the e-shop and not to violate the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Seller's rights and obligations
4.1 The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by krona.lt. 4.2 Deliver the goods ordered by the Seller to the specified address and within the agreed delivery period. 4.3 If the Buyer tries to impair the operation or stable operation of krona.lt, the Seller may, without prior notice, restrict, suspend the Buyer's access to krona.lt or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration. 4.4 In case of significant circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently terminate the activities of krona.lt without prior notice to the Buyer and shall not be liable for any related losses of the Buyer. 4.5 The Seller may unilaterally change the terms of these rules. Amendments shall take effect on the date of publication for all transactions entered into after publication. 4.6 The Seller has the right to cancel his order without notifying the Buyer in advance, if the Buyer does not pay within 10 (ten) working days. 4.7 The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy of the personal information belonging to him specified in the e-shop registration form, except for the cases specified in the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and Chapter 10 of the Rules on Personal Data Protection. 4.8 If the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer due to important circumstances, the Seller undertakes to offer a similar or as similar a product as possible. If the Buyer refuses to accept an analogous or similar product, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 3 (three) business days, if the advance payment has been made. 4.9 If the Buyer delivers a defective, defective or transported damaged product and returns it, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
5. Delivery and collection of goods
5.1 The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the Buyer within 2-5 working days after selecting the deliveries offered by krona.lt via post offices, by courier, the set delivery deadline for priority registered shipments. 5.2 These terms are preliminary, and they do not apply in cases when the required goods are not in the Seller's warehouse and the Buyer is informed about the shortage of the goods ordered by him. Other terms apply when an individual delivery term has been mentioned in the product description. 5.3 The Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller. In this case, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and coordinate the delivery of goods. The Seller is not responsible for the delay in delivery of the goods due to the actions of the couriers or AB Lietuvos Paštas, or if the Buyer provides inaccurate contact details. 5.4 Goods in our office, Palangos pl. 2, Sudmantų k., LT-96327 Klaipėda district, may be picked up only by the person who submitted the order or the person specified at the time of placing the order. When taking back the goods, when they have been paid for in advance, it is necessary to have a valid identity document (identity card, passport or driving license) with the Seller's employee. When picking up the goods, you need to know the order number, the customer.
6. Return of goods
6.1 The Buyer understands that some parameters or shades of the product may differ from the actual ones due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer, therefore the Seller is not responsible for this. 6.2. The goods are covered by a warranty, if applicable and specified in the product description. If the Seller does not provide a guarantee, the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating the guarantee shall be followed. 6.3 In accordance with Directive 97/7 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 20, due to the protection of consumers in connection with distance sales contracts, the Buyer is not entitled to exercise the option to withdraw from the contract if the acquired quality goods were manufactured in accordance with the Buyer's special instructions or are clearly tailored to a particular Buyer (consumer). Pursuant to this Directive and Clause 1.2 of these Rules, the ordered goods are manufactured in accordance with the Buyer's special instructions, therefore the ordered goods may be returned only due to defects, non-compliance with the order instructions or damages caused during transportation. 6.4. When the received wrong product and / or defective product is returned, the Seller undertakes to pick up such goods (the Buyer delivers them to the Seller's market) and replace them with similar suitable goods. In the event that the Seller does not have similar goods, he shall return to the Buyer the money paid for the goods. 6.5. In all cases, the money for the returned goods is transferred only to the payer's bank account.
7. Liability
7.1 The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form. If the Buyer does not provide accurate data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the consequences. 7.2 The Buyer is responsible for transferring his login details to third parties. If the services provided by krona.lt are used by a third party who has logged in to the e-shop using the login details of the Buyer, the Seller considers this person to be the Buyer. 7.3 The Seller is released from any liability in cases where the loss arises due to the fact that the Buyer, despite the recommendations of the Seller and its obligations, has not read these Rules, although he has been given such an opportunity. 7.4 The buyer is responsible for the actions performed using krona.lt. 7.5 The seller is not responsible for the information provided on the websites of other companies, even if you access these websites via krona.lt. 7.6 In the event of damage, the guilty party shall indemnify the other party.
8. Sending information
8.1 The Seller shall send all notices to the e-mail address provided in the Buyer's registration form. 8.2 The Buyer shall send all notices and questions to the address specified in the “Contacts” section of krona.lt, by e-mail or on the inquiry form in krona.lt.
9. Final provisions
9.1 These rules are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. 9.2 Any dispute arising out of the application of these rules shall be settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
