Returning the goods

krona-kitchen.lt buyers (natural persons) have the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase and sale of the product without giving a reason by notifying the seller in writing. within 30 calendar days from the day of collection or delivery to the buyer. The cost of returning the goods to the seller must be borne by the buyer.

Return conditions:

  • The product can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of its collection or delivery to the buyer;
  • The returned product must be packed in the original packaging, unused, undamaged and not lost its appearance - the product and its packaging must be clean with the original undamaged labels, protective bags and films;
  • The product must be returned with all supplied accessories (wires, instructions, etc.), accompanying gifts and any additional values provided in connection with the purchase, if they are of a refundable nature;
  • When returning the goods, it is necessary to present the purchase document - the original purchase receipt or invoice;
  • The product must be returned to the Krona LT customer service center at Palangos pl. 2, Sudmantų village, Klaipėda district. The cost of returning the goods must be paid by the buyer;
  • The money for the returned goods is returned to the buyer to the bank account specified by him within 14 calendar days from the return of the goods;
  • Additional transportation costs are not reimbursed if you choose a delivery method other than the cheapest one.

The buyer's right to withdraw from a contract for the purchase or sale of goods or services does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the delivery, installation, connection, rental and other services of goods;
  • Contracts under which the goods were manufactured or ordered according to the individual needs of the buyer;
  • Contracts for packaged goods which are not eligible for return for health or hygiene reasons (razors, epilators and other hygiene goods);

Warranty

In accordance with the procedure provided for in the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, all goods purchased in the Krona LT online store have a warranty period of at least 24 months. For legal entities, the guarantee is valid according to the terms set by the manufacturers.

Purchase warranty conditions:

The warranty period for your purchase is stated on the purchase document (check, invoice or leasing contract) which is delivered to you together with the purchase item or sent by e-mail. The purchase document must be kept throughout the warranty period. The warranty period starts from the day the goods are picked up or delivered to the buyer. 

In the event of a purchase failure, we suggest contacting the service center authorized by the product manufacturer for warranty service. Information about authorized service centers is provided by e-mail info@krona-kitchen.lt or by phone  +370 608 28255. You can also deliver the defective product to the Krona LT customer service center at Palangos pl. 2, Sudmantų village, Klaipėda district. In this case, we will take care of the delivery of the product to the authorized service.

When delivering the product for warranty service, it is necessary to submit the product purchase document together with the product. The product must be properly packaged to ensure the safety of the product during transportation. In case of delivery of unpackaged goods, the buyer is responsible for mechanical damage caused during transportation.

Gamintojo įgaliotam serviso centrui garantinio laikotarpio metu nustačius prekės gedimą, atsiradusį dėl gamintojo kaltės, prekė remontuojama. Jei prekės gedimas yra nepataisomas, įgaliotas serviso centras pirkėjui pateikia tai liudijančią pažymą, kurią kartu su pirkimo dokumentu pateikus pardavėjui, prekė yra keičiama arba grąžinami už ją mokėti pinigai. Tokiu atveju prašome siųsti skanuotą serviso centro išvadą bei pirkimo dokumentą elektroniniu paštu sales@krona.lt. Atsakingas darbuotojas su jumis suderins tolimesnius žingsnius.

Products and parts repaired or replaced by an authorized service center are covered by the warranty from the date of purchase of the original product.

Warranty obligations do not apply if:

  • The product has not been used for its intended purpose and / or in violation of the instructions for use;
  • The product has been repaired or otherwise modified at a service center not authorized by the manufacturer;
  • Damaged serial number stickers or other identification markings;
  • The product is mechanically or otherwise damaged, it was destroyed if the defect occurred when the product fell or was hit;
  • The failure of the product was caused by dust, liquids, sand, etc. entering the product;
  • Product failure is caused by the use of accessories that are not original or recommended for use by the manufacturer;
  • Product failure is caused by illegal installation of content or programs;
  • The product failure was caused by the operation of viral programs;
  • Product failure was caused by uncontrollable environmental factors (fire, rain, lightning, storm, flood, etc.);
  • Product failure is caused by power surges or other power outages.

The warranty does not apply to consumables and parts (wires, cases, holders, batteries, etc.).

The information on data carriers or devices is not covered by the warranty.

After repairing the product, after warning the buyer about the repair of the product, the product is stored for 6 months. After this time, the seller has the right to no longer store the goods.
