I. General provisions

We, UAB Krona LT (hereinafter - the Company), process your personal data, therefore please get acquainted with us www.krona.lt e-shop (hereinafter - E-shop) privacy policy. This Data Privacy Policy (the “Document”) sets out the basic rules for the collection, storage and processing of your personal data (the “User”). 1. The personal data of the user shall be stored for as long as is necessary for the performance of the contract for the purchase of goods, but not less than is required to do so by the legal acts regulating the activities of the Company. VI. What are the data subject's rights?

The User has the right to receive personal data related to him / her, which he / she has provided to the Company, when the processing of the User's personal data is based on consent or agreement and such User's personal data is processed by automated personal data processing means. In this case, the User has the right for the Company, when technically possible, to transfer personal data directly to another data controller;
• the right to withdraw consent for the processing of personal datawhen processing is based on the User 's consent.

2. In addition to the rights already listed, the User has the right to file a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (address A. Juozapavičiaus St. 6, LT-09310 Vilnius, Lithuania).
The Company indicates that it will take all necessary decisions and take the necessary actions to implement the discussed User's rights immediately, as soon as possible, but not later than within 1 (one) month from the date of receipt of the User's written request.
